This privacy policy outlines the information we retain and more importantly our attitude to the information we collect.
WebAccount are here to deliver our products and services to you, nothing else. Our policies are designed to meet legal requirements, professional standards and to protect you, your rights and WebAccount.

Security and Encryption

All data we hold about you which could be used to identify you is encrypted. Databases are not held online and currently we do not provide any method to access data from our website. All systems used within WebAccount are protected where appropriate by Anti-Virus and Internet Secuirty applications. All data which is required to access our website and systems is encrypted and held securely to standards which the demanding requirements of government and banking institutions.

Data Protection Policies

We support Data Protection Laws in all countries in which we operate and follow policies in line with the requirements of the Maltese Data Protection Act (CAP 440) of 2001 and its subsequent additions and also EU legislation (CETS 108/181) "Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data" of 1981 and related Directives.

Information We Retain

We gather two types of information about our website visitors.
  • Information that users provide voluntarily. If you contact Customer Service or another department then we retain the original enquiry text and the email address provided. This is so we can provide an appropriate response. If you place an order we retain the order number, total value, date, location, VAT information (if any) and your contact email, name and address.
  • Information we gather from our website. Anyone visiting a website leaves a trail of information. This trail shows how you found our website, the pages you visited and when. This is recorded and associated with the IP address of the visitors internet connection. An IP address is just a series of numbers and contains no personal information. Retention of this data is a legal requirement in many countries. However, for practical purposes we can use it for little more than identifying the country of the visitors internet connection. We use the trail of information to monitor how many people use our website and if there are technical problems with the site. We also use this information to identify improvements we can make to the operation of this website.

Information We Do Not Retain

  • We do not record any financial information other than the values associated with an order.
  • We do not record any card details or related information other than the date and time, value and method of payment.


Our site is suitable for visitors of all ages. However, we do not specifically market our site to anyone beneath the age where credit and debit cards can be used. The minimum age varies from country to country but as a general rule we consider 16 years as the minimum age.


We do not use cookies in our website.

Use of Information

We use any information voluntarily received from our visitors to improve the services we offer and how we deliver those services, for example improvements to our websites. We do not divulge any information about an individual unless required to by law enforcement agencies.

Opt-Out Policy and CAN-SPAM

We give visitors "Opt-Out" options to not receive any electronic newsletters or similar from WebAccount. We fully support the principles of the CAN-SPAM Act and include opt-out functions in all our emails. We do not welcome spam any more than you do.


If you have anything you wish to discuss with WebAccount in confidence please advise us of this as soon as possible. As a professional organisation WebAccount have procedures in place to enable such discussions. You will be required to complete our "mutual" Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) requiring signatures from an appropriate individual at WebAccount and also your organisation. Use our contact page to request our "NDA" and provide outline information regarding what you would like to discuss.

Warranty and Liability

Limited Warranty. WebAccount warrants that the application will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. Any implied warranties on the application are limited to 30 days or the shortest period permitted by applicable law, whichever is the greater.
WebAccount's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at WebAccount's option, either (a) return of the price paid or (b) repair or replacement of the application that does not meet WebAccount's Limited Warranty and which is returned to WebAccount with a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the application has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. Any replacement application will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
No other warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebAccount disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the software, the accompanying product documentation and written materials. the limited warranty contained herein gives you specific legal rights.
No liability for consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebAccount and its suppliers shall not be liable for any other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business or personal information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if WebAccount has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, WebAccount's entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to the initial amount actually paid by you for the application.
